This is a Crisis Prevention Institute Course that is used to update staff that have a current certification. The classroom portion is instructor led while incorparating video information and performing 

YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED CPI's VERSION OF NCI WITHIN THE LAST 24 MONTHS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SESSION. HOLZER ONLY USES AND RECOGNIZES CPI. YOU MUST ALSO DRESS IN YOUR NORMAL WORKING ATTIRE AS THE SKILLS YOU WILL USE ARE WORKPLACE APPROPRIATE.
