Notes:	This course request is to request that you are assigned the ACLS online portion. You will receive an email from the AHA with the online link and code to complete the lesson on the date of the class above. You will then need to schedule the in-person skills evaluation.

An AHA online course to provide the knowledge of ACLS prior to the skills(hands-on) session. You will receive an email on the date that you registered for the course with the link and instructions to complete the session. This course can be accessed from any work or home computer.
